The Chiro Growth Lab is a Pacific NW Enterprises LLC company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thechirogrowthlab.com and its pages (including book.thechirogrowthlab.com), download our resources, book a call, buy a service or join a program, and how we use it.

Our services are built for chiropractors and their teams. We are not your healthcare provider, and this website is not intended for patients.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, practice name and city.
• Practice information you share in forms, on calls or by email, such as your checklist score, your marketing goals and how your practice gets new patients.
• Purchase details: what you bought and your billing information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages you send us, including through a chat assistant on our site if one is offered.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the page that referred you.
• Cookies and similar tools that remember your preferences, measure site traffic and show our ads to people who have visited our pages (for example, through Google and Meta).
• Email engagement, such as whether a message was opened, so we can send fewer emails that aren't useful to you.

Call recordings
Some sessions, such as the Practice X-Ray Session, are recorded so we can send you the recording. We will tell you at the start of any call that is being recorded.

Patient information: please don't send it

Please do not share patient names, health information or records through our forms, email, chat or calls. We don't need them to help with your marketing. If a future engagement ever requires access to protected health information, we will put a separate written agreement in place before receiving any.

How we use information

• To deliver what you asked for: the checklist, booked calls, sessions, programs and receipts.
• To send follow-up emails about our resources and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To run, secure and improve our website and services.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as website and email hosting, scheduling, payment processing and video meetings. They may use it only to provide services to us.

Text messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as intended.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
