The Chiro Growth Lab
Effective date: October 21, 2026
These terms apply when you use thechirogrowthlab.com and its pages (including book.thechirogrowthlab.com and learn.thechirogrowthlab.com), download our resources, book a call, or buy a session, course or membership from The Chiro Growth Lab, a Pacific NW Enterprises LLC company ("we," "us," "our"). By doing any of those things, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who our services are for
Our services are for chiropractors, practice owners and their teams. You must be at least 18. If you sign up on behalf of a practice, you confirm you're allowed to do so.
Free resources and calls
The 5 Mistakes checklist, the Growth Wheel planner, our emails and the free 15-minute practice audit call are educational. Use them at your own pace. There's no obligation to buy anything.
Practice X-Ray Session
- The Practice X-Ray Session is a one-time, 60-minute Zoom session, paid in full when you book.
- The session is recorded. Within 48 hours you receive the recording and a 1-page plan with your top 3 fixes.
- Need a different time? Reschedule at least 24 hours before your session and we'll move it.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Sessions missed without notice, and sessions already delivered, are not refundable.
The Practice Management Protocol course
- The Practice Management Protocol is a self-paced video course for chiropractors and their teams. It is educational and is not approved for continuing education (CE) credit.
- The regular price is $497, paid once. The founding price of $397 is available through 11:59 PM Pacific on December 31, 2026.
- Modules open one at a time. Each module unlocks after you complete the previous module's Re-exam. We suggest giving your team about a week with each module before moving on. The Bonus Vault is open from the start.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as we offer the course, including any updates we make to it. If we ever retire the course, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your worksheets.
- Not a fit? Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, course purchases are final.
- Your login is for you and your own practice's team. Please don't share it outside your practice.
Office Hours membership
- Office Hours is a monthly membership with live group calls on Zoom. Plans: 1x a month ($197/month) or 2x a month ($297/month).
- Every Office Hours plan includes access to The Practice Management Protocol course while your membership is active. If you cancel, that access ends with your last paid month unless you also bought the course separately.
- Your membership renews and bills automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime by replying to any membership email or writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges. We don't refund partial months, and unused sessions don't carry over.
- Members may add a private 1-hour session for $147. Private sessions follow the same 24-hour rescheduling rule as the Practice X-Ray Session.
- We may change membership prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after that notice.
- The Zoom link and any recordings of group calls are for members only. Please don't share them.
Promotions and credits
- Promotional rates and credits, such as the Greenhorn rate, the Practice X-Ray credit or the course credit, are one per practice and have no cash value. Unless a credit below says otherwise, they can't be combined.
- The Greenhorn rate applies to the 1x a month plan for your first 3 months, then the regular price applies automatically.
- The Practice X-Ray credit applies to your first month of Office Hours when you join within 7 days of your session.
- The course credit: if you buy The Practice Management Protocol and join Office Hours within 30 days of that purchase, your first month of Office Hours is credited at no charge. This credit can be used with the founding course price.
Done-for-you services
Any done-for-you work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guarantees
We share what we've seen work in chiropractic practices, but every market and practice is different. We don't guarantee rankings, new patient numbers, patient visits, revenue or any other result.
Not legal, billing or clinical advice
We are not your attorney, your billing specialist or your compliance officer. Chiropractic advertising, insurance billing and personal injury rules vary by state, and you are responsible for making sure your own practice follows them. Nothing we provide is clinical advice.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information.
- Don't send us patient names, health information or records. Our Privacy Policy explains why.
- Treat other members with respect on group calls. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, with a prorated refund for the unused part of that month.
Our materials
Our checklists, planners, course videos, worksheets, scripts, recordings and session plans belong to us. You're welcome to use them in your own practice. Please don't resell, republish or share them outside your practice without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost patients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Snohomish County, Washington.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect purchases already completed.
